Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
Be Ready Education Pty Ltd (ABN 80 626 694 344) (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through bereadyeducation.com and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
On this website we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payments. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website at the time of writing.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, in server and security logs.
If you contact us through a store (for example Payhip or Gumroad) or by another channel, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
2. Information held by the stores where you buy
When you buy through Udemy, Amazon, Payhip, Gumroad, Draft2Digital or a retailer such as Apple Books, Kobo or Barnes & Noble, that platform collects and processes your personal and payment information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive limited order and sales information from these platforms (for example the product sold, date, country, and sometimes your name and email address for delivery or support). We use it to fulfil orders, provide support, keep records and meet tax and legal obligations.
3. How we use information
To operate, secure and improve the website; to respond to your questions and support requests; to deliver and support our products; to keep business, tax and accounting records; and to comply with the law.
4. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Third-party sites you link to (such as Udemy or Amazon) set their own cookies under their own policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for consent.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and business (for example hosting, store platforms, accounting and email providers), with professional advisers, and where required or authorised by law. Some providers are located outside Australia, including in the United States, so your information may be processed overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure such providers protect it.
6. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping requirements (for example, tax records are kept for at least five years), then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. See our Contact page to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first through the Contact page and we will investigate and reply. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with its date at the top.
