1. Who we are

This website is operated by Be Ready Education Pty Ltd (ABN 80 626 694 344), an Australian company that publishes certification practice exams and study material under the name Be Ready Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What this website does

This website describes our practice tests and books and links to third-party stores and platforms (Udemy, Amazon, Payhip, Gumroad, Draft2Digital and the ebook retailers it supplies). We do not sell products directly on this website and we do not take payments here. Purchases are made on the third-party store, under that store’s own terms, prices, taxes and refund rules.

3. Independent publisher, no affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any certification vendor, exam provider or professional body. All certification names, exam codes, logos and product names mentioned on this website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exam that a practice product is designed to prepare for (nominative use).

Our practice questions are original works. They are not actual exam questions, are not taken from any exam, and we do not offer or support “brain dumps”.

4. No guarantee of results

Our products are study aids. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, achieve any score or obtain any certification, job or salary. Exam content, format, pricing and pass marks are set by the certification provider and may change; always check the official exam guide from the provider.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep information on this website accurate, including prices, question counts and availability, but they can change without notice and may differ by store and country. The price and details shown on the third-party store at the time of purchase prevail.

6. Intellectual property and licence

All content on this website and in our products, including text, questions, explanations, designs, covers and images, is owned by or licensed to Be Ready Education Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and other laws. Subject to these Terms and the licence of the platform where you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a purchased product for your own study.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share with others, upload to file-sharing or public sites, scrape, or use our content to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, overloading the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-party links and services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Your dealings with those sites are solely between you and them.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store where you bought the product. Please read our Refund policy.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a remedy if a product has a major failure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 10, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of this website or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the product or paying the cost of having it resupplied, or to the price you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
