Refund policy

We do not take payments on this website. Each product is sold, delivered and refunded by the store where you buy it, and that store’s refund rules apply:

• Udemy: follows Udemy’s refund policy and its refund window for courses.
• Amazon (Kindle and paperback): follows Amazon’s returns and digital-content refund rules.
• Payhip, Gumroad and ebook retailers: follow the refund terms of that store.

If a file is damaged, missing, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will fix it or help you request a refund from the store. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
